These terms cover who can play at BetMica, how bonuses work, how we verify your identity and what we expect from every player who holds an account with us. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling page, and together they form the agreement between you and BetMica.
Who Can Open a BetMica Account
An account with us is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. We check age and identity before releasing any withdrawal, and we reserve the right to ask for proof at any point, not just at sign-up. One account per person, per household and per payment method is permitted. If we find duplicate accounts, we treat them as a breach of these terms and the accounts may be closed, with any bonus funds voided.
You confirm, by registering, that you are playing with your own money, that the details you give us are accurate, and that you are not located in a jurisdiction where online casino play is restricted. It is your responsibility to check the law that applies to you before you deposit.
Bonus Terms Reference

- Bonus funds and free spin winnings must be wagered the number of times stated on the relevant offer page before withdrawal.
- Some games contribute less than 100% to wagering, and some are excluded entirely, which is noted on the Bonus page.
- Using a bonus while a withdrawal request is pending can pause that request.
- We may ask you to confirm your identity before crediting or releasing bonus related winnings.
- Abuse of a bonus, including coordinated play between linked accounts, voids the bonus and any winnings from it.
Verification and Withdrawals
Before we process your first withdrawal, we carry out identity verification, sometimes called KYC. This typically means a copy of a government issued photo ID, proof of address dated within the last three months, and, where relevant, confirmation of the payment method used to deposit. If you funded your account by card, we may ask for a photo of the card with the middle digits and security code covered.
Verification protects your funds as much as it protects us. It stops someone else withdrawing your balance and it keeps us within the checks expected of operators serving the UK market. We aim to review documents promptly, but delays can happen at busy periods or if images are unclear, so send legible, uncropped files the first time.

Where a deposit method cannot be used for payout, for example certain bank transfers, we will agree an alternative method with you. Withdrawal limits, minimums and processing times vary by payment method and are listed on the Payments page.
Acceptable Use of Your Account
Your BetMica account is for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use bots, scripts, automated betting tools or any method designed to exploit a game or a promotion. You agree not to attempt chargebacks on successful deposits, not to collude with other players at live tables, and not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose including money laundering.
- No sharing of login details with another person.
- No attempting to access the account from a jurisdiction where online casino play is restricted.
- No abusive language toward support staff or live dealers.
- No creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once.
- No using stolen or borrowed payment cards or wallets.
Breach of any of these points can lead to suspension or closure of your account, forfeiture of bonus funds, and, where unlawful activity is suspected, a report to the relevant authority.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect new games, new payment methods or regulatory changes affecting the UK market. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continuing to use your account after a change means you accept the revised terms.
